BEYOND Talea Tower marks the beginning of Dubai’s first forest district by the sea, a revolutionary project within Dubai Maritime City. Talea, the district’s first tower, draws inspiration from natural rhythms of earth and water. Its design incorporates vertical greenery, expansive glass facades, and organic architectural lines that bring the forest into each home. The tower features 354 residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, along with exclusive four-bedroom penthouses. Interiors reflect a forest-inspired color palette, merging natural tones with sweeping views of the sea, skyline, and woodland.
Amenities also reflect the forest-first ethos. Shaded swimming pools, treetop walkways, and nature-themed play areas create a lifestyle immersed in greenery. Outdoor lounges and fitness spaces blend seamlessly with the natural environment, while a pedestrian green path links residents to the wider Forest District.
